State's previous arguments before the Supreme Court contradict this ruling.

It's an outrage.

I suggest you email President Bush at president@whitehouse.gov and ask the Federal Department of Labor to freeze all funding to the state until a complete investigation is made and the culprits at the state brought to answer.
